Problems solved by technology

[0004] The cationic raw materials used in the existing cationic hydrogel preparation processes are all fine chemical products, and the expensive raw materials lead to high production costs of gel materials.
In addition, the existing process uses a one-step polymerization method for the cationic gel phase in the hydrogel material, which is difficult to control and design the molecular chain and cross-linking structure of the material, which leads to the single structure and function of the prepared gel material. Comprehensive application performance such as gel swelling rate, gel morphology, pH sensitivity, adsorption and ion exchange capacity cannot be adjusted flexibly and effectively

Abstract

The invention discloses a cationic hydrogel material and a preparation method thereof. The cationic hydrogel material comprises the following constituents in parts by weight: 55-70 parts of distilled water, 25-40 parts of a cationic polymer, 1-5 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.5-2 parts of a cross-linking auxiliary, 0.2-2 parts of a base modifier, and 0-6 parts of acid modifier. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the distilled water and putting the distilled water in a beaker, adding the cationic polymer in the beaker, stirring the mixture in the beaker at the room temperature until dissolving, adding the cross-linking agent to the beaker, adjusting the pH value of the solution, heating and stirring the solution until the cross-linking agent is completely dissolved, adding the cross-linking auxiliary, after uniform mixing, adjusting pH value of the solution to be 8-9, using a piece of preservative film to cover the mouth of the beaker, placing the beaker in a constant-temperature water bath at 50-80 DEG C to conduct a cross-linking reaction for 24 hours, obtaining the hydrogel, using deionized water to repeatedly soak the hydrogel, removing inorganic ions therein, drying with air flow and crushing, and at last obtaining the product. The preparation method disclosed by the invention can flexibly and effectively adjust the properties of the cationic hydrogel, and is low in production cost; the synthetic process is simple and feasible.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cationic hydrogel material and a preparation method of the cationic hydrogel material. Background technique [0002] Cationic hydrogel is a moderately cross-linked hydrophilic polymer material, which has a three-dimensional cross-linked network structure, and its network is composed of a macromolecular backbone and cationic hydrophilic groups. When the hydrogel material is in contact with water, it will absorb water and swell due to the hydrophilic effect and capillary effect, while the cross-linked structure limits its swelling, showing the macroscopic characteristics of being swellable and insoluble. Because its molecular structure contains a large number of cationic groups (the most common is the quaternary ammonium salt group), the cationic hydrogel material is a typical functional polymer material, which is widely used in sewage treatment, drug sustained release, ion field of exchange. [0003] The preparation methods ...
