[0032]Take 5L of waste liquid from the electroplating factory, add 1mL of benzaldehyde, stir, heat and boil for 20 minutes, then stop heating. Cool to below 60°C, slowly add 10% NaOH solution under stirring until the pH value is 6.8, then add 20.0g Tween 80, 5L ethyl acetate, and stir well. Under vigorous stirring, speed: 500r / min, dropwise add 10% NaOH solution to pH 7.5, a large amount of precipitates are generated, continue to stir at 60°C for 1 hour, filter, wash twice with 10mL hot water each time, and obtain gray-green precipitates. Place the precipitate in a calciner at 1200°C for 3 hours, take it out, wash it three times with 5 mL of hot water, and dry it to obtain spherical Cr 2 o 3 Green nano powder 0.94g. The content is 98.3%, the particle size range is 80-95nm, and the recovery rate is 99.1%.

[0034] Take 10.0 L of dienolone acetate production waste liquid, add 5 mL of propionaldehyde, stir, heat and boil for 30 minutes, then stop heating. Cool to below 60°C, slowly add 20% NaOH solution under stirring until the pH value is 6.9, then add 20g sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, 8L propyl acetate, and stir well. Under vigorous stirring, rotation speed: 3000 r / min, NaOH solution was added dropwise to pH 7.7, resulting in a large amount of precipitation, continued stirring at 70°C for 1 hour, filtered, washed four times with 4L hot water each time, and gray-green precipitate was obtained. Place the precipitate in a calciner at 800°C for 4 hours, take it out, wash it with 2L of hot water three times, and dry it to obtain spherical Cr 2 o 3 The green nano powder is 2199.71 g, the content is 98.8%, the particle size range is 70-85nm, and the recovery rate is 98.9%.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing nano Cr2O3 by utilizing waste liquid containing chromium (Cr). The method comprises the following steps: adding organic aldehyde taken as a reducing agent into the waste liquid in a stirring manner and heating so as to reduce a small amount of Cr VI into Cr III; then, regulating a pH value to reach between 6.8 and 7.2 via a NaOH solution, adding a surfactant, an organic solvent and the NaOH solution until generating a large quantity of precipitates, stirring at 60 DEG C to 80 DEG C for 0.5 to 1 hour, filtering and washing with hot water so as to obtain greyish-green precipitates; and finally, calcining the greyish-green precipitates so as to obtain green spherical nano Cr2O3 powder. The method is simple and convenient in process, relatively low in cost and high in recovery rate. The nanoscale Cr2O3 with uniform particle diameters can be obtained, so that the additional value of the nanoscale Cr2O3 is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing nano-chromium trioxide, in particular to a method for preparing chromium trioxide by utilizing chromium-containing waste liquid. Background technique [0002] With the development of modern industry and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, human beings pay more and more attention to their living environment. Chromium pollution is one of the important factors of environmental pollution. In electroplating, tanning, chemical industry, pigment, metallurgy, refractory materials and other industries, the discharge of chromium-containing wastewater continues to increase. Chromium exists in the form of Cr in chromium-containing wastewater 3+ and Cr 6+ Two kinds, of which Cr 6+ The most toxic, can cause lung cancer, intestinal diseases and anemia. At present, the treatment methods of chromium-containing waste liquid include biological methods, such as adsorption, flocculation, etc., physica...
