Abstract

The biocontrol strain is named Bacillus subtilis G68, and the collection number is CGMCC No.8978. The preparation method of the biocontrol strain microbial inoculant comprises the following steps: inoculating the activated strain G68 in an NYBE culture fluid, culturing for 22-26 hours to obtain a seed fluid, inoculating the seed fluid in an NYBE fermentation medium containing 0.08-0.12 mM MnSO4, and culturing for 70-74 hours to obtain a fermentation liquid which is the biocontrol strain microbial inoculant. The biocontrol microbial inoculant containing the strain G68 can promote the germination of plant seeds and accelerate the plant growth, and the prevention effects for seedling blight and early blight of tomato respectively reach 53.8% and 60.1%. The strain G68 has the characteristics of wide antimicrobial spectrum, stable effect, low preparation cost, simple application method, environment friendliness, no toxicity or harm and the like, and has favorable application prospects in the aspect of prevention and treatment of plant diseases.
