Abstract

The invention relates to a coal chemical industry concentrated brine zero discharge technique and special equipment thereof. A method of two-stage clarification softening, ultrafiltration, ion exchange softening, two-stage reverse osmosis, purification and impurity removal and evaporative crystallization is utilized to treat the coal chemical industry concentrated brine. The water recovery rate is up to 98% above, thereby saving the water resources; and the sludge generated by the system enters a sludge treatment system to be subjected to dehydration treatment, thereby reducing the environmental pollution caused by discharge of the concentrated liquor, and further implementing coal chemical industry concentrated brine zero discharge.
