The heat conduction mixing silicon rubber is characterized by comprising, by weight, 60-80 parts of a methyl vinyl silicon rubber crude rubber, 50-70 parts of alumina, 5-10 parts of magnesium carbonate, 20-30 parts of fumed silica, 2-4 parts of dimethyl-chlorosilane, 3-5 parts of nanometer ferric oxide, 0.5-1 part of glacial acetic acid, 1-2 parts of vinyl silicone oil, 2-2.5 parts of silicon carbide crystal whisker, 2-2.5 parts of magnesium borate crystal whisker, 1-1.5 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 1-1.5 parts of isophthalate, 1-1.5 parts of dimethyl adipate, 1.5-2 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, and 1-1.5 parts of melamine cyanurate.
