The invention relates to a heat conduction mixing silicon rubber through combination of alumina and magnesium carbonate. The heat conduction mixing silicon rubber is characterized by comprising, by weight, 60-80 parts of a methyl vinyl silicon rubber crude rubber, 50-70 parts of alumina, 5-10 parts of magnesium carbonate, 20-30 parts of fumed silica, 2-4 parts of dimethyl-chlorosilane, 3-5 parts of nanometer ferric oxide, 0.5-1 part of glacial acetic acid, 1-2 parts of vinyl silicone oil, 2-2.5 parts of silicon carbide crystal whisker, 2-2.5 parts of magnesium borate crystal whisker, 1-1.5 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 1-1.5 parts of isophthalate, 1-1.5 parts of dimethyl adipate, 1.5-2 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, and 1-1.5 parts of melamine cyanurate. The heat conduction mixing silicon rubber has characteristics of simple component and convenient preparation, wherein the alumina and the magnesium carbonate are combined, such that the prepared mixing silicon rubber has characteristics of good performance, no odor, good color and good heat conductivity.
