The Chinese herbal medicine composition consists of the following raw materials: 20 to 30 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 15 to 25 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 10 to 20 parts of acanthopanax, 10 to 15 parts of cape jasmine, 8 to 12 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 8 to 12 parts of liquorice and 5 to 10 parts of calcine gypsum. The Chinese herbal medicine composition is prepared in steps of preparing materials, crushing, filtering and packaging. The use method comprises the steps of soaking the medicine powder into the boiled clean water to form a 5 to 10 mg/l aqueous solution; standing and cooling the solution, adding appropriate amount of potassium chloride and vitamin C, and preparing a Chinese herbal medicine aqueous solution; then placing the finless eel fries into the Chinese herbal medicine aqueous solution to have a herbal bath for 4 to 6 hours, and finally raising the finless eel in a prepared pond net cage for culturing.
