The method has the advantages of simplicity and convenient operation, and the defluorination material prepared by adopting the biomass solid wastes as the main raw material can efficiently remove fluorine in general industrial waste water and nonferrous metal electrodeposition electrolytes, can realize efficient removal of fluorine from water with a wide pH value range, realizes control of harms by using wastes, and improves the utilization values of the domestic wastes and the biomass wastes.
