Embodiment 1

[0036] Example 1, This embodiment includes the following steps:

[0037] (1) The preparation of carbon airgel is the same as the patent CN104355302A, denoted as CA;

[0038] (2) Put the carbon airgel prepared in step (1) into a ball mill for 3 hours at a speed of 300rpm / min, then wash it repeatedly with deionized water for 3 times, and dry it in an oven at 70°C for later use;

[0039] (3) Weigh 180 mg of ball-milled carbon airgel, 180 mg of ammonium molybdate and 360 mg of thiourea, put them into 30 mL of deionized water, and sonicate for 1 hour;

[0040] (4) Put the prepared dispersion liquid containing carbon airgel, ammonium molybdate and thiourea into a 40mL hydrothermal kettle, and conduct a hydrothermal reaction at 200°C for 12h. The black precipitate of the obtained molybdenum disulfide nanosheet / carbon airgel hybrid material was repeatedly washed 3 times with deionized water, and then dried for subsequent use;

[0041] (5) The prepared molybdenum disulfide nanosheet / ...

Embodiment 2

[0042] Example 2 , change the quality of the carbon airgel in Example 1 to 90 mg, and the rest are the same as in Example 1, and the hybrid material finally obtained is denoted as MoS 2 / CA-2.

Embodiment 3

[0043] Example 3, Change the mass of the carbon airgel in Example 1 to 45 mg, and the rest are the same as in Example 1, and the hybrid material obtained at last is recorded as MoS 2 / CA-4.

Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of carbon aerogel, and particularly relate to a molybdenum disulfide nanosheet / carbon aerogel hybrid material and a preparation method therefor. The hybrid material is prepared by growing a molybdenum disulfide nanosheet in situ on a carbon aerogel particle with an irregular angular structure by using molybdenum salt and sulfosalt. The raw materials comprises the carbon aerogel, the molybdenum salt, and the sulfosalt. The preparation process comprises: carrying out a sol-gel method, carrying out freeze drying, and carrying out a high-temperature carbonized technology, thereby obtaining the carbon aerogel; obtaining the carbon airgel particle with the irregular angular structure by using a grinding or milling method; and and growing the molybdenum disulfide nanosheet in situ on the carbon aerogel particle by using a solvothermal method. The molybdenum disulfide nanosheet / carbon aerogel hybrid material prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics that the molybdenum disulfide nanosheet has few layers ( only 3-6 layers), and is uniformly distributed on the carbon aerogel, so that the hybrid material can be used as an ideal catalyst material with high performance, an electrode material for new energy devices such as a lithium-ion battery or solar cells, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of carbon airgel, and in particular relates to a molybdenum disulfide nanosheet / carbon airgel hybrid material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Carbon airgel is a three-dimensional porous material with light weight, high porosity and high specific surface area. Its pore structure is easy to adjust, its chemical properties are stable, and its electrical conductivity is high. Therefore, it is an ideal catalyst carrier material, adsorption material and lithium Electrode materials for new energy devices such as ion batteries. [0003] Molybdenum disulfide is a typical transition metal chalcogenide. It has a sheet structure similar to graphite. The sheets are combined with covalent bonds, and the sheets interact with each other by weak van der Waals force. The single-layer molybdenum disulfide is a "sandwich" structure, with a layer of molybdenum atoms sandwiched between two layers ...
