Embodiment 1

[0025] A kind of preparation of the calcium-modified biochar of the present invention, biochar raw material selects the ramie stalk of removing leaf and bark for use, and concrete preparation method is as follows:

[0026] The ramie stalks with leaves and skins removed were cleaned with deionized water, then dried at 80°C for 24 hours, the dried ramie stalks were pulverized, and passed through a 2mm sieve to obtain ramie stalk biomass powder; 5.6g of CaCl 2 2H 2 O was added to 200mL of ultrapure water, and then 10.0g of ramie stalk biomass powder was added to the solution, and the mixed suspension was vibrated in a constant temperature water bath shaking box (26°C) for 24 hours at a speed of 130 rpm to obtain ramie Biomass suspension;

[0027] The resulting suspension was vacuum filtered, washed three times with deionized water, then placed in an oven, and baked at 90°C for 24 hours to obtain dry ramie biomass powder loaded with calcium ions; then, dry ramie biomass powder lo...

Embodiment 2

[0030] The calcium-modified biochar of the present invention is used for adsorption treatment of phosphorus in wastewater, comprising the following steps:

[0031] Get 50mL of phosphate solution with an initial concentration of 50-400mg / L, add the calcium-modified biochar prepared in Example 1, the amount of the adsorbent is 0.1g, and carry out the oscillating adsorption reaction in a water bath constant temperature oscillator at 26°C. After 24 hours, this adsorbent was separated from waste water by filtration, and the content of unadsorbed phosphate in the waste water was measured by the ammonium molybdate-ascorbic acid colorimetric method. The calculated adsorption capacity results are shown in Table 1:

[0032] Table 1: Adsorption capacity data of adsorbents under different initial concentrations of phosphorus

[0033]

[0034] It can be known from Table 1 that the adsorbent has an adsorption capacity of 21.24 mg / g when the initial concentration is 50 mg / L, and it increa...

Embodiment 3

[0036] The calcium-modified biochar of the present invention is used for adsorption treatment of phosphorus in wastewater, comprising the following steps:

[0037] Get 50mL of phosphorus solution with an initial concentration of 100mg / L, adjust the pH of the solution to 2.0 to 6.0, add the calcium-modified biochar prepared in Example 1, the amount of the adsorbent is 0.1g, and keep the temperature in a water bath at 26°C Oscillator for oscillating adsorption reaction. After 24 hours, the adsorbent was separated from the wastewater by filtration, and the unadsorbed phosphorus content in the wastewater was measured by the ammonium molybdate-ascorbic acid colorimetric method. 2 shows:

Abstract

The invention relates to calcium modified biochar and a preparation method and application thereof. Biochar serves as a matrix of the adsorbent, and the surface of the matrix is loaded with a calcium compound. The preparation method comprises the particular steps that biomass powder is immersed into an aqueous calcium ion solution to be loaded with calcium ions; dried biomass powder loaded with the calcium ions is prepared through the steps of vacuum filtering, washing and drying; the dried biomass powder loaded with the calcium ions is pyrolyzed for two hours at 500 DEG C through a tubular atmosphere furnace in a N2 atmosphere, and the calcium modified biochar is obtained. The calcium modified biochar has a good adsorption effect on phosphate. The calcium modified biochar has the advantages that the raw materials are rich, the preparation cost is low, there are more adsorption sites, the adsorbing capacity is large, and secondary pollution does not exist. The calcium modified biochar can further serve as a fertilizer capable of slowly releasing nutrient elements and a soil improvement agent after absorbing the phosphorus element in water and can be used for phosphorus-containing wastewater treatment and soil improvement.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of environmental functional materials and water treatment new technologies, and in particular relates to a calcium-modified biochar and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Phosphorus is an essential nutrient required for plant growth. However, excessive phosphorus discharge can have serious impacts on ecosystems. It is the most important contributor to eutrophication in coastal seas, freshwater lakes and reservoirs. Therefore, dephosphorization treatment before discharge of phosphorus-containing wastewater is very necessary. Currently, wastewater dephosphorization technologies include chemical precipitation, biological removal, adsorption and crystallization. Among them, the adsorption method has the advantages of simple equipment, convenient operation, low price and high efficiency, and has been applied in actual sewage treatment. However, the currently used adsorbents have limit...
