The invention provides a liquid disinfectant.The liquid disinfectant is characterized by comprising, by weight, 0.1-2.0 parts of polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride, 0.05-0.5 part of quaternary ammonium salt, 0.5-5 parts of glycerinum, 0.1-1 part of a non-ionic surface active agent and 90-99 parts of water.The liquid disinfectant has the advantages that volatile organic carbon compounds poisoning sperms, eggs and embryos are not contained; the broad spectrum fungicide PHMB is adopted for replacing aldehydes carcinogenicity compounds in the prior art and has no irritation or mutagenicity; no urea is contained; the glycerinum and the non-ionic surface active agent can improve permeability of bacterial cell walls, the penetrating power of polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride and quaternary ammonium salt on the bacterial cell walls is improved, and the sterilization effect is good; due to vitamin E, the sterilization effect can be improved, the embryo survival probability is increased, skin aging of medical workers is avoided, and injuries of the disinfectant to skin are avoided.
