Abstract

The invention relates to a forsterite adsorbent for sewage treatment and a preparation method thereof. According to the technical solution, the preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking 50 to 80 percent by weight of forsterite fine powder, 10 to 30 percent by weight of attapulgite clay and 10 to 20 percent by weight of ferroferric oxide magnetic powder as raw materials, adding 50 to 65 percent by weight of a hole-forming agent to the raw materials, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; putting the mixture in a granulator, adding 20 to 30 percent by weight of water to the mixture, and granulating to obtain spherical blanks having a particle size of 3 to 5mm; drying the spherical blanks at 80 to 120 DEG C for 18 to 24 hours and firing at 950 to 1150 DEG C for 1 to 5 hours to obtain the forsterite adsorbent for sewage treatment. The forsterite adsorbent for sewage treatment is cheap and easily available in raw materials, and has the characteristics of simple preparation process and environmental friendliness. The forsterite adsorbent for sewage treatment is large in specific surface area, high in strength and free of modification, and has a good adsorption effect on heavy metal ions and phosphate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of adsorbents for sewage treatment. In particular, it relates to a forsterite adsorbent for sewage treatment and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the acceleration of urbanization, my country's water resources are seriously polluted, and the situation of water resources is becoming increasingly severe. The excessive discharge of urban sewage not only destroys the ecological environment of the city, but also hinders the sustainable development of the city. Pollutants in urban sewage, such as heavy metal ions and phosphorus-containing compounds, cause serious pollution to water bodies. Heavy metal ions cannot be biodegraded. Heavy metal ions in water enter aquatic organisms, and then enter the human body through the food chain, where they accumulate. People's health is threatened; excessive discharge of phosphorus compounds can lead to eutrophication of water bodies and "red ti...
