The preoperative nursing gel for the anorectal surgery mainly consists of the following components in parts by weight: 1-5% of hydroxytyrosol, 2-6% of glycosaminoglycan, 1-1.5% of alkannin, 0.2-0.4% of procyanidine, 0.1-0.5% of oleuropein, 0.1-0.5% of ellagic acid, 0.2-0.3% of gallic acid, 0.6-1.4% of chitin, 2.3-3.5% of a seaweed gel, 1-1.5% of basil essential oil, 1.2-2.0% of eucalyptus oil, a surfactant, 0.1-0.15% of an antimicrobial preservative, 0.01-0.03% of a transdermal absorption enhancer and the balance of a gel matrix.
