Embodiment Construction

[0014] A polycarboxylate high-efficiency water reducer with rare earth tailings added, prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight (kg): prenol polyoxyethylene ether 240, acrylic acid 25.2, ammonium persulfate 1.6, thioglycolic acid 0.53, Lignin 13, appropriate amount of sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 10wt%, appropriate amount of deionized water, graphene oxide 26, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate 2, rare earth tailings 11, sodium hexametaphosphate 0.6, sodium tripolyphosphate 0.3, cerium nitrate 2, EVA latex 4.

[0015] The polycarboxylate high-efficiency water reducer added with rare earth tailings is made by the following specific steps:

[0016] (1) Add 4 times the amount of deionized water to the graphene oxide, put it into an ultrasonic oscillator for 30 minutes until the dispersion is uniform, then heat the graphene oxide dispersion in a water bath at 60°C, and slowly add lignin , stir and disperse evenly to form a mixture for use;

Abstract

The invention discloses a rear earth tailing added polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from, by weight, 240-250 parts of TPEG, 25.2-26.0 parts of acrylic acid, 1.6-1.65 parts of ammonium persulfate, 0.53-0.55 part of mercaptoacetic acid, 13-14 parts of lignin, appropriate amount of sodium hydroxide solution with concentration being 10wt%, appropriate amount of deionized water, 26-28 parts of graphene oxide, 2-3 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 11-13 parts of rare earth tailings, 0.6-0.7 part of sodium hexametaphosphate, 0.3-0.4 part of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2-3 parts of cerous nitrate and 4-5 parts of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) latex. The superplasticizer is capable of effectively improving grain boundary energy of cement products to improve compactness of an internal structure of concrete, and accordingly concrete strength is improved, durability is further improved, and defects caused by low strength in industrial production can be reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, in particular to a polycarboxylate high-efficiency water reducer added with rare earth tailings. Background technique [0002] Polycarboxylate high-performance water-reducing agent is an important component material for preparing high-performance concrete. It is widely used in high-speed railways, bridges, Nuclear power, hydropower and other key projects. However, the performance of the mother liquor of polycarboxylate high-performance water reducer is relatively single, which cannot meet the needs of concrete in different engineering fields and different performance requirements, which greatly restricts the wide application and development of polycarboxylate high-performance water reducer. Experts and scholars at home and abroad have conducted systematic research on polycarboxylic acid-based high-performance water reducers through chemical and physical modification methods, and have...
