Embodiment 1

[0035] Embodiment 1, the cultivation of class yeast fungus (Pseudozyma fusiformata) SF6 and plant downy mildew pathogen

[0036] Pseudozyma fusiformata (Pseudozyma fusiformata) SF6 strains can be isolated from organic fruits, and separated by conventional gradient dilution coating. Two kinds of media, PDA (containing streptomycin sulfate) and YPD agar (containing streptomycin sulfate), were used to separate the strains on Cultivate at 28°C, pick bacterial colonies with large differences in colony morphology and can be purely cultivated, and purify and preserve them on YPD agar medium.

[0037]Pseudozyma fusiformata SF6 can grow on YPD agar medium and PDA medium at 28°C. After 48 hours of growth, the colonies are creamy, opaque, flat or round, with neat edges and no wrinkles.

[0038] The pathogenic bacteria of downy mildew of the tested diseased plants:

[0039] Grape downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola).

[0040] The specific operation is as follows:

[0041] Pseudozyma fusi...

Embodiment 2

[0043] Embodiment 2, the mensuration of yeast fungus (Pseudozyma fusiformata) SF6 antibacterial activity

[0044] The leaves of the susceptible grape variety (Hongru) were selected for determination by the leaf disk method.

[0045] Pathogens tested:

[0046] Grape downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola).

[0047] The leaves of the susceptible grape variety (Hongru) were selected for determination by the leaf disk method.

[0048] The collected grape leaves were first rinsed with tap water, then sterilized with 75% ethanol for 30 seconds, rinsed thoroughly with sterile water, and then a leaf disc with a diameter of 1.5 cm was obtained with a puncher. Then, place the leaf disk in a petri dish covered with one layer of sterilized gauze (2-3 layers), in the aseptic operating table, blow for 4-5 minutes, then soak the leaf disk in yeast-like fungus (Pseudozyma fusiformata) SF6 In the fermentation broth for 30-60 seconds, then take out the leaf disc and place it back in a petri dish ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a new application of a yeast-like fungus pseudozyma fusiformata SF6 to inhibit downy mildew, particularly an application of a yeast-like fungus to inhibit a downy mildew disease, an application to prepare an inhibitor for a downy mildew disease, an application to inhibit a downy mildew pathogen, and an application to prepare an inhibitor for a downy mildew pathogen. The bioassay experimental results through a leaf disk assay show that the yeast-like fungus pseudozyma fusiformata SF6 can effectively inhibit the downy mildew of grapes. Through application of the yeast-like fungus pseudozyma fusiformata SF6 to inhibit the downy mildew of grapes or to prepare an inhibitor of the downy mildew disease of grapes, the environmental pollution brought by chemical agents can be reduced. The fungus is fast in growth speed and simple in nutrition, generates no toxin or antibiotics, and is relatively safe. The fungus generates no sensitizing spore, is suitable for commercial mass production, and is low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application of yeast-like fungi for inhibiting downy mildew, and belongs to the technical field of microbial application. Background technique [0002] Downy mildew is a plant disease caused by downy mildew in fungi. [0003] Grape downy mildew is a fungal disease, which is an important class of diseases on grapes. The widespread occurrence of grape downy mildew has caused a large reduction in fruit production, seriously affecting the edible value and market value of the fruit, resulting in a decrease in the economic income of fruit farmers, and seriously restricting the development of my country's grape industry. No matter in developed countries or in developing countries, due to the lack of necessary effective control agents, the losses caused by grape downy mildew account for more than 20% of the total. The occurrence of grape downy mildew has seriously affected modern grape production, especially the production and pr...
