The suspended seed coating contains 0.5-10% of fludioxonil, 1-15% of metalaxyl, 1-20% of azoxystrobin, 0.5-10.0% of a wetting dispersant, 0.1-10% of a film forming agent, 0.05-3.5% of a thickening agent, 1-10% of an antifreezing agent, 0.1-1% of a preservative, 0.05-0.5% of a defoamer, 1-10% of a coloring agent and the rest of water. The active ingredients of the pesticide composition and the suspended seed coating thereof have excellent inhibiting effect on pythium aphanidermatum and/or fusarium moniliforme, and can be used for preventing and controlling maize stalk rot, rice bakanae disease and damping-off, peanut seedling dry rot and root rot, cotton damping-off and blight.
