Abstract

The invention relates to super coating slurry for an abrasive belt. The super coating slurry is composed of nano-ceramic crystal, nano-barium carbonate, tourmalinite powder, poly(butyl acrylate), bimaleimide, epoxy resin, ethyl acetate, ethanol, acetone, chloroform, magnesium stearate, diethanolamine, zinc oxide, polytetrafluoroethylene micro-powder, silicon carbide and tungsten carbide. The super coating slurry is prepared from various raw materials at a reasonable ratio. Powder with heat absorption and self-lubrication properties is compounded with heat-absorption powder. A filler also has a lubricating property. After heat is received, the lubricating property will be enhanced. An adhesive component is obtained after compounding of various raw materials and has properties of no toxicity, proper hardness and proper temperature resistance. The nano-ceramic crystal also can spontaneously adsorb toxic and harmful substances. By reasonable ration of various raw materials, performance, cost and environmental protection of the super coating can be optimized to the maximum. The anti-blocking problem of the abrasive belt surface and the cooling problem of the working surface can be solved. The super coating slurry is low-cost and is harmless to human body and environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of abrasive belt materials, in particular to a supercoat material used for the surface layer of an abrasive belt and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Abrasive belt is a kind of belt-shaped tool that can be ground and polished by using adhesive to bond abrasives to flexible substrates such as paper and cloth. Its basic components are: substrate, abrasive and bonding agent. [0003] Abrasive belt is a flexible abrasive tool. Abrasive belt grinding is a compound processing technology with multiple functions of grinding, grinding and polishing. It is more flexible and safer than solid abrasive grinding wheel during polishing, with higher precision and lower grinding cost. . [0004] However, when the abrasive belt grinds some soft surfaces, such as soft materials such as wood and paint, it is easy to have poor chip removal, that is, the debris generated by grinding is blocked on the ...
