Active ingredients consist of one or more of first active ingredients including glyphosate, glyphosate ammonium, glyphosate isopropylamine, glyhosate potassium salt, glyphosate sodium salt and glyphosate dimethylamine salt, one or more of second active ingredients including glufosinate and glufosinate potassium salt and a third active ingredient of saflufenacil. The mass ratio of the three kinds of active ingredients is (15-45):(1-20):(1-20), preferably (25-35):(5-15):(1-10), and further preferably 30:10:3 or 30:10:2. The composition can be prepared into suspending agents, dispersible oil suspending agents, wettable powder and water dispersible granules which are allowed in agriculture. The composition is reasonable in components and good in weeding effect in uncultivated areas, and the activity and the weeding effect are not just achieved through the simple superposition of the activity of the components; compared with existing unitary preparations or binary compound preparations, the composition not only has a remarkable weeding effect but also has a remarkable synergism effect, the composition dosage is reduced, the weed control spectrum is widened, and the control and prevention costs are low.
