The mass ratio of the three kinds of active ingredients is (15-45):(1-20):(1-20), preferably (25-35):(5-15):(1-10), and further preferably 30:10:3 or 30:10:2. The composition can be prepared into suspending agents, dispersible oil suspending agents, wettable powder and water dispersible granules which are allowed in agriculture.
