Abstract

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an ecological artificial fish reef by utilizing a fly ash geopolymer. The method comprises the following steps: 1) taking 50 to 200 parts of fly ash by weight and adding an exciting agent at the temperature of 15 DEG C to 50 DEG C to carry out alkali excitation; stirring for 2min to 10min to form slurry; 2) when the slurry starts to be thickened, adding aggregate and continually stirring for 2min to 5min to obtain fish reef concrete needed by the artificial fish reef; 3) injecting the fish reef concrete in step 2) into an artificial fish reef mold and curing at 30 DEG C to 180 DEG C for 5h to 40h; after de-molding, obtaining the ecological artificial fish reef. The ecological artificial fish reef obtained by the manufacturing method is a fly ash geopolymer material, and is one of or a polymer of several more of polymers of 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X, 10X, Y and M type molecular sieves which take a three-dimensional net-shaped silicon-aluminum-oxygen tetrahedron as a structural unit. The structure provided by the invention can be used for fixing and sealing heavy metal ions in raw materials and does not cause secondary marine pollution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a method for manufacturing an ecological artificial fish reef by using fly ash geopolymer and the artificial fish reef. Background technique [0002] The artificial fish reefs of the existing marine ranch mainly adopt cement as the concrete member made of cementitious material. Chloride ions and sulfate ions in seawater are very destructive to cement erosion; and cement production not only consumes a large amount of non-renewable calcium carbonate resources, but also consumes high energy consumption, high pollution and high greenhouse gas emissions in the production process. In short, the manufacturing cost of cement used in artificial fish reefs is high, it is not environmentally friendly, and its lifespan is short. Contents of the invention [0003] The main technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an artificial fish reef made of fly a...
