Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of film engineering and particularly relates to a nano-silicon dioxide/nano-fiber oil-water separation composite film and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a nano-silicon dioxide liquid: mixing nano-silicon dioxide particles and a water-soluble polymer, and dissolving the mixture into a solvent, so as to obtain the nano-silicon dioxide liquid; (2) preparing a nano-fiber suspension liquid: dissolving nano-fibers which are processed by virtue of a high-speed shearing machine into a solvent, so as to obtain the nano-fiber suspension liquid; and (3) preparing the nano-silicon dioxide/nano-fiber oil-water separation composite film: uniformly mixing the nano-silicon dioxide liquid with the nano-fiber suspension liquid, so as to obtain a film forming liquid. The preparation method is simple; and the prepared nano-silicon dioxide/nano-fiber oil-water separation composite film has relatively good mechanical strength and relatively high separation efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of membrane engineering, in particular to a nano silicon dioxide / nano fiber oil-water separation composite membrane and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] A large amount of oil pollution is produced in industrial production and daily life. The treatment of oily wastewater has become the primary issue of environmental governance. At present, the treatment of oily wastewater includes oil separation, air flotation and biochemical treatment. In recent years, membrane materials have emerged. The filter-type oil-water separation method is widely used because of its convenient use, thorough separation and many other advantages. [0003] However, the existing methods for preparing oil-water separation membranes are relatively complicated, such as the Chinese invention patent (publication number CN104313796B, date of publication being May 11, 2016), the title of the invention is a method for ...
