Abstract

The invention discloses a culture medium for enrichment of lactate-utilizing bacteria. The culture medium contains a carbon source, a nitrogen source, promoters for the lactate-utilizing bacteria, aninorganic salt and vitamins; the promoters for the lactate-utilizing bacteria are lactic acid and antibiotics, and the vitamins are hemin, biotin, vitamin B12, para-aminobenzoic acid, folic acid and vitamin B6; and stable lactate-utilizing bacteria flora can be obtained by utilizing the culture medium, and the concentration of the lactate-utilizing bacteria is measured to be 1 OD by using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer at a wavelength lambda of 580 nm; and the lactate-utilizing bacteria can improve enteritis. The culture medium disclosed by the invention is developed and utilized for the first time; the lactate-utilizing bacteria are domesticated by using gradient lactic acid; and infectious microbes are inhibited by using the antibiotics.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of microorganism application, and relates to an improved technology for cultivating lactic acid-utilizing bacteria, in particular to a culture medium capable of enriching lactic-acid-utilizing bacteria. Background technique [0002] With the acceleration of people's life rhythm and the advancement of social aging, more and more people's stomach is in a sub-healthy state, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) often occurs. Inflammatory bowel disease is a complex group of nonspecific intestinal inflammatory diseases, including ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD). It is generally believed that the dysbiosis and dysfunction of intestinal flora is one of the most important factors in inducing ulcerative colitis, so the stabilization and improvement of intestinal flora is an urgent problem to be solved. [0003] Lactic acid bacteria are a large number of intestinal bacteria, including Lactobacillus, B...
