Carbonates or oxalates of Baand Sr, and oxides of Al and Si are adopted as raw materials, MgO or CaO is adopted as a melting auxiliary agent, deionized water is adopted as a dispersion medium and ammonium acrylate is adopted asa dispersant. The abovementioned materials are fully mixed according to a ratio by utilizing a ball milling device, a discharged material is added into a blast air oven until the material is fully dried, the dried powdered material is added into a high-temperature smelting furnace and subjected to high-temperature smelting, the powdered material is subjected to flash chilling to obtain a glassy-state fragment-shaped material, and the material is mechanically crushed to a certain granularity, and is then sieved to obtain the BSAS powder that can be directly used for spraying.
