Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: (1) a preparation method of a radix ginseng hairy root skin moisturizer base material: adding 5ml of glycerol and 5ml of propylene glycol into 90ml of de-ionized water and uniformly stirring; then adding 0.1g of sodium hyaluronate and uniformly mixing; slowly adding 0.1g of carbomer under high-speed stirring and regulating the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) value to be 7.0 by utilizing 10 percent sodium hydroxide soas to obtain the skin moisturizer base material; (2) a preparation method of the radix ginseng hairy root skin moisturizer: taking a radix ginseng hairy root dried product and 70 percent ethanol of which is 10 times the amount of radix ginseng hairy root dried product and uniformly mixing; carrying out ultrasonic extraction treatment for 108min; centrifuging and taking supernatant; volatilizing toobtain radix ginseng hairy root extract; adding the radix ginseng hairy root extract into the skin moisturizer base material obtained by step (1) according to the final concentration of the radix ginseng hairy root extract of 2 to 50mg / ml; uniformly mixing to prepare the radix ginseng hairy root skin moisturizer.
