The rapid propagation method comprises the following steps: evenly spreading propagules of a bryophyte in a seedling breeding device, laying a cultivation medium in the seedling breeding device, carrying out thorough watering and spraying the nutrient solution; when the propagules grow to seedlings, spraying the nutrient solution and applying illumination; and when the seedlings grow to adult seedlings, spraying the nutrient solution once every 15-30 days, and applying illumination, wherein the nutrient solution is the nutrient solution for the bryophytes.
