Abstract

The invention discloses an in-situ precipitation preparation method for a geopolymer fluorine removal agent. An alkali-activated geopolymer serves as a carrier, and metal ions are loaded onto geopolymer particles by adopting an in-situ precipitation method. The whole preparation process is simple in process and mild in conditions, no other additive is needed, a high-temperature calcining link is not needed, the preparative energy consumption is reduced, and the removal efficiency and production cost are taken into account. The experimental results show that the geopolymer fluorine removal agent prepared by in-situ precipitation has the characteristics of being uniform in coating, uniform in particle size, large in specific surface area, high in porosity, stable in mechanical property and the like, and direct packing is conveniently performed for conducting separating experiments; and the product has an excellent effect of adsorbing fluorine ions in water, the adsorbent failed after adsorption completion can be treated by utilizing a geopolymer curing mechanism, secondary pollution is avoided, and the product serving as a novel fluorine ion adsorbing material has wide prospects in the aspect of water treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of preparation of novel fluoride ion adsorption materials, and in particular relates to an in-situ precipitation preparation method and application of a geopolymer fluoride removal agent. Background technique [0002] Fluorine exists mostly in the form of inorganic compounds in nature, and most fluorides have certain solubility, are easily soluble in water, and have strong mobility. Fluorine is an essential trace element for the human body. Only when the fluorine content in water is 0.5-1.0mg / L is beneficial to the human body. When the fluorine content exceeds 1.5mg / L, it will cause certain harm to the human body. The World Health Organization strictly restricts daily drinking The fluorine content of water should not be higher than 1.5mg / L. At present, activated alumina, iron oxides, calcium oxides, magnesium oxides, zirconium oxides, rare earth metal oxides and composite metal oxides are mainly used as fluoride ion ...
