The allyl type cationic monomer has a molecular formula of CH2=CH-CH2N+(CH3)2(CmH<2m+1>)Cl-, wherein m is selected from the group consisting of 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18.The allyl type cationic monomer is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 50 parts of N,N-dimethyl alkyl amine (with a molecular formula of (CnH<2n+1>)-N(CH3)2, wherein n is selected from the group consisting of 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18), 10 to 50 parts of allyl chloride, 0.1 to 15 parts of a catalyst and 10 to 200 parts of a solvent.
