The preparation method of the nanometer titanium dioxide modified color-fixing agent emulsion comprises the stepsof 1) preparing the modified nanometer titanium dioxide dispersion; 2) preparing mixed liquor B; 3) mixing the modified nanometer titanium dioxide dispersion, the mixed liquor B and the other materials in an emulsifying reactor for a while to obtain the nanometer titanium dioxide modified color-fixing agent emulsion.
