Abstract

The invention discloses microcos paniculata total flavonoid glycosides (MpTFG) as well as a preparation method and application thereof. Flavonoid glycosides are 50% or above of the mass of the MpTFG,and comprises a flavone C-glycoside and a flavone O-glycoside, wherein the flavone C-glycoside is 30%-50% of the mass of the MpTFG; and the flavone O-glycoside is 10%-20% of the mass of the MpTFG. Experiments prove that the MpTFG disclosed by the invention can effectively improve the rat liver tissue fatty degeneration due to HFHF (high-fat high-fructose corn syrup) diet, and can remarkably alleviate the model rat metaflammation, and the obtained total flavonoid glycosides are sourced from medicinal and edible plants, are safe and reliable, have no toxic or side effects, and can be used as anactive component to be applied to preparation of a drug for preventing and controlling NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease) or metaflammation induced by diet and a functional dietary supplement for enhancing liver glucolipid metabolism toughness.
