Abstract

The device is composed of two bubble column reactors, wherein a second reactor is an airlift inner-loop bubble column having a tower body with a large height-diameter ratio or a built-in draft tube. After reaction materials are mixed, the mixed materials enter a first bubble column reactor, the reaction slurry enter the second bubble column reactor, under the action of air bubbling, the PX is oxidized into the TA, crystallization is performed, filtration is performed, washing is performed, hydrorefining is performed, and therefore the refined terephthalic acid product is obtained.
