The integrated gasification fuel cell power generation system comprises a coal preparation unit, a gasification furnace, an exhaust heat boiler, a dedusting unit, a first gas-gas heater, a desulfurizing device, an ejector, a fuel cell, a pure oxygen combustor, a gas turbine, a cathode air compressor, a first waste heat recovery exchanger, a cathode heat regenerator, an air turbine, a steam turbine, a waste heat boiler and a deep cooling air separation unit. The integrated gasification fuel cell power generation system utilizing the coal water slurry gasification has the advantages that the ratio of hydrogen to carbon entering the fuel cell is moderate, so that the ratio of the hydrogen to the carbon needs not to be adjusted by a CO water gas shift reaction unit or by tail gas recycling; since a coal water slurry gasification system is simple, the integrated gasification fuel cell power generation system is simple in process; since a water-gas conversion process is omitted, energy loss caused by the water-gas conversion process is avoided, and net power generating efficiency of the integrated gasification fuel cell power generation system is improved.
