Embodiment 1

[0033] Example 1: Such as figure 1 As shown, taking a large-scale waste incinerator with a processing capacity of 500t / d as an example, and under normal operation under rated conditions, the flue gas flow at the outlet of the supporting waste heat boiler is about (80000-100000) Nm 3 / h, the temperature is about 190-240℃, and the concentration of nitrogen and oxygen compounds in the flue gas pollutants is about 300-400mg / Nm 3 (NO accounts for 92.5%, NO 2 (Accounting for 7.5%), the calculated denitration rate is 60%, the required 16% concentration of ammonia water is about 126kg / h, and for the domestic garbage with a processing capacity of 500t, the designed landfill leachate volume is generally 250t / d, and the ammonia nitrogen content is about 2000mg / L, the ammonia content collected by the stripping tower is about 20.6kg / h, (ammonia collection rate is 99%) is made into 16% ammonia water about 128kg / h. Therefore, for the landfill leachate with a production volume of 250t / d and an...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for denitrifying waste incineration flue gas by utilizing ammonia in landfill leachate, and belongs to the technical field of high-concentration ammonia nitrogen treatment of landfill leachate. The method comprises the following steps: pretreated leachate firstly enters an adjusting tank, the pH value of wastewater is adjusted to 10 or above, then the temperature of the wastewater is increased to about 80 DEG C through a heat exchanger, the wastewater is sent into a stripping tower, and water flows downwards from the top of the tower and is in countercurrent contact with high-temperature steam introduced from the bottom of the tower through a filler or a distributor; ammonia-containing steam is discharged from the top of the stripping tower, and goes through a tower top fractional condenser to generate ammonia water; ammonia water with the concentration of 8-16% is finally prepared by controlling the reflux quantity of the ammonia water and the operation temperature of the tower top fractional condenser, and is stored in an ammonia water storage tank; gas-phase ammonia generated by the fractional condenser can be directly blown into a hearth throughthe induced draft fan and undergoes a denitration reaction; and effluent of the stripping tower is subjected to waste heat recovery and neutralization, then enters a leachate post-treatment system, is continuously treated, and is discharged when reaching standards.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of high-concentration ammonia nitrogen treatment of landfill leachate, and particularly relates to a method for denitrifying waste incineration flue gas by using ammonia in the landfill leachate. Background technique [0002] Landfill leachate is a particularly complex, high-concentration, and difficult-to-treat organic wastewater. In the latest pollution control standard for incineration of domestic waste published in 2014, the discharge standard of waste leachate after treatment has a difference in chemical oxygen demand (COD) and five-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD). 5 ), ammonia nitrogen, suspended solids and other indicators have made more stringent emission limits. The main treatment process of landfill leachate is pretreatment-main treatment-post treatment. Among them, the pretreatment mostly adopts physical and chemical methods such as coagulation precipitation, ammonia stripping, chemical oxidation,...
