Abstract

The invention relates to a guided tissue regeneration membrane with a bacteriostatic effect and a preparation method of the membrane. The guided tissue regeneration membrane is constructed by using antibacterial drug ornidazole, drug carrier poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) and film-forming material wool keratin. The method adopts a high-voltage electrostatic spinning method to compound the antibacterial drug ornidazole with the synthetic polymer compound PLGA and the natural ingredient wool keratin, thereby constructing the composite guided tissue regeneration membrane having excellent physicaland chemical properties, a slow release effect on the ornidazole, good cell compatibility and the bacteriostatic effect.
