Problems solved by technology

[0003] The formula of the existing styrene-acrylic emulsion mainly includes four parts of styrene monomer, acrylate monomer, emulsifier and initiator. Although the styrene-acrylic emulsion prepared by this formula has good oil resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance , but the styrene-acrylic emulsion paint prepared using styrene-acrylic emulsion as the main ingredient has poor adhesion and water resistance, and it is easy to fall off from the surface of the substrate when it is exposed to the external environment for a long time, which affects the weather resistance of the styrene-acrylic emulsion paint.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of emulsion coatings, specifically to a styrene-acrylic emulsion. The styrene-acrylic emulsion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 85 to105 parts of acrylate monomer, 55 to 75 parts of styrene monomer, 1 to 5 parts of butyl acrylate, 4 to 10 parts of a weather-proof material, 1 to 8 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 1 to 4 parts of a silane coupling agent, 2 to 3 parts of an emulsifier, 1 to 3 parts of an initiator and 150 to 300 parts of deionized water. A water-resistant material is prepared from the following components in parts byweight: 15 to 30 parts of sodium fatty alcohol polyethylene sulfonate, 10 to 20 parts of silicon dioxide powder, 5 to 15 parts of silicone amide, 2 to 10 parts of hexamethylenediamine and 2 to 5 parts of triethylene tetramine. The styrene-acrylic emulsion prepared according to a formula disclosed by the invention has good weather resistance, and is applied to the coating industry so as to allow acoating to also have good weather resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of emulsion coatings, in particular to a styrene-acrylic emulsion. Background technique [0002] Styrene-acrylic emulsion (styrene-acrylate emulsion) is obtained by emulsion copolymerization of styrene and acrylate monomers. Styrene-acrylic emulsion is the most researched system in emulsion polymerization, and it is also one of the top ten non-crosslinked emulsions with important industrial application value in the world today. As an important class of intermediate chemical products, styrene-acrylic emulsion has a very wide range of uses. It is mainly used as architectural coatings, metal surface latex coatings, floor coatings, paper adhesives, adhesives, etc. [0003] The formula of the existing styrene-acrylic emulsion mainly includes four parts of styrene monomer, acrylate monomer, emulsifier and initiator. Although the styrene-acrylic emulsion prepared by this formula has good oil resistance, heat resis...
