Problems solved by technology

On the other hand, new amphetamine-type drug poisoning also has clinical manifestations such as physical fatigue, poor sleep quality, insomnia, dreaminess, and emotional instability. Symptoms such as continuous hair loss and chloasma often appear
[0003] For the central nervous system damage and corresponding symptoms caused by amphetamine-type new drugs, there is currently no targeted specific drug in clinical practice, and the most common treatments are limited to general supportive care and symptomatic treatment

Embodiment 1

[0034] Example 1 Protective effect on the formation of conditioned place preference (CPP) in methamphetamine-infected mice

[0035] Animal Grouping and Handling

[0036] In Example 1-3, male C57 mice with a body weight of 18-22 g were selected and raised in a constant temperature and air-conditioned SPF grade animal room. 12-hour cycle of light and dark, free to drink and eat. The mice were randomly divided into 14 groups, which were the normal control group, the methamphetamine (MA) injury model group and the 12 kinds of composition test groups, with 12 mice in each group, and finally 8-10 mice in each group were included in the statistics. The test results Expressed as mean ± standard error.

[0037] The model is built using the classic black and white box modeling method. The animals in the model group and the test group were intraperitoneally injected with MA (2 mg / kg) or an equal volume of normal saline every other day for 8 consecutive days. When injecting MA, they we...

Embodiment 2

[0040] Example 2 Protective effect on learning and memory impairment in methamphetamine-infected mice

[0041] Experimental method for detecting spatial learning and memory ability of mice:

[0042] Animals in the model group and the test group were intraperitoneally injected with MA (10 mg / kg) for 7 consecutive days to establish a model of learning and memory impairment caused by MA. Animals in the normal group were intraperitoneally injected with an equal volume of normal saline for 7 consecutive days. Drug intervention was started on the 8th day, the intervention method was the same as that in Example 1, and the gavage was continued for 7 days, once a day, and the Morris water maze test was carried out after 1 h of gavage.

[0043] The learning and memory ability of the mice was tested using the classic Morris water maze. The basic method is as follows: The Morris water maze is a stainless steel barrel-shaped pool with a diameter of 120 cm and a height of 36 cm. The walls...

Embodiment 3

[0048] Example 3 Improvement of Methamphetamine-induced Anxiety and Depression Experiment

[0049] Open Field Test (OFT) detects the autonomous behavior and exploratory behavior of experimental animals in a new open environment. Anxious animals are afraid of a new open environment and mainly move around in the peripheral area, with less activity in the central area. The classic experiment of choice for anxiety. The Forced Swimming Test (FST) puts the experimental animals in a limited environment (such as water), and the animals show despair after struggling under stress conditions, that is, immobility, which reflects the depression of the animals. It is widely used in the screening of antidepressant drugs.

[0050] experimental method:

[0051] Animals in the model group and the test group were injected intraperitoneally with MA, starting from 0.5 mg / kg and increasing from 0.5 mg / kg to 5 mg / kg every day, for 10 days, 4 times / d, with an interval of 2 hours between each time, ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition. The pharmaceutical composition is composed of grape powder, radix ginseng powder, gingko fruit powder and krill oil, and further discloses application of the pharmaceutical composition in preparation of drugs for drug rehabilitation. Animal test results show that (1) the composition can reduce mouse conditional position preference induced by methamphetamine and reduce addiction of mice to methamphetamine; (2) the memory function of a mouse exposed by methamphetamine can be improved, and a protective effect on central nervous system injury caused by methamphetamine is achieved; (3) anxiety and depression behaviors of mice caused by methamphetamine can be obviously improved; and (4) the effect of improving sleep is achieved. The results show that by reducing the addiction of animals to methamphetamine, protecting the central nervous system and repairing brain injury, the effects of drug rehabilitation and improving the life quality ofpatients are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, and also relates to the application of the pharmaceutical composition in the preparation of drugs for detoxification. Background technique [0002] Amphetamine-type new drugs have the characteristics of strong addiction and high relapse rate. When addicted, they can cause organic damage to vital organs of the human body, and even death. The toxic damage of the drug mainly acts on the central nervous system. On the one hand, long-term smoking will cause damage to the substantia nigra, striatum, hippocampus, cortex and other parts of the brain, and brain degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease will appear. Pathological changes similar to neuropathy, dopaminergic and serotoninergic neuron terminal damage and loss in multiple brain regions, significant decrease in dopamine levels and reactive hyperplasia of glial cells, neuronal pyknosis, degeneration, apoptosis, Necr...
