Abstract

The invention relates to an application of rhein to preparation of a medicine for promoting healing of diabetic ulcer wounds. Through CCK-8 method detection, it is found that after rhein intervenes in human immortalized keratinocytes (HaCaT cells), the cell proliferation ability can be improved; influence of APC BrdU flow cytometry on the cell cycle is studied, and it is found that the rhein can increase the proportion of S-phase cells in the cell cycle and promote cell DNA replication; and the effect of the rhein on promoting diabetic wounds is detected through in-vivo animal tests, and it is found that the rhein is high in wound healing promoting speed and remarkable in effect. Therefore, the rhein, pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester thereof, hydrate of the rhein or a mixture of the rhein, pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester or the hydrate can be used for preparing the medicine for promoting healing of diabetic ulcer wounds, or preparing an experimental reagent for promoting keratinocyte proliferation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biomedicine, in particular to the application of rhein in the preparation of medicines for promoting the healing of diabetic ulcer wounds. Background technique [0002] Rhein is an anthraquinone compound extracted from the root of the traditional Chinese medicine Rheum palmatum L. of the Polygonaceae plant. It has a wide range of pharmacological effects, and has been proven to have pharmacological effects such as regulating gastrointestinal function, enhancing immunity, anti-pathogenic microorganisms, anti-tumor, and anti-renal fibrosis. In addition, patent document CN1440747A, published date 2003.09.10, discloses the application of rhein or rhein salt in the preparation of medicines for treating obesity; patent document CN101327204A, published date 2008.12. Use in compositions for controlling or treating fatty liver; patent document CN106344549A, published on 2017.01.25, discloses the application of rh...
