Problems solved by technology

[0005] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for discovering micro-nanoplastic particles through the efficient degradation of very common metabolic enzymes under mild conditions in view of the problem that the chemical properties of micro-nanoplastics are inert and extremely difficult to be biodegraded.

Embodiment

[0074] Take an appropriate amount of PET plastic products, cut them into small pieces, place them in a ball mill jar, and vacuum grind them in a ball mill. The ground plastic sample is dispersed with water and a dispersion liquid of a certain concentration is prepared, then the micro-nano plastic dispersion liquid and the metabolic enzyme solution are mixed, placed in a vortex shaker to mix, and the mixed liquid is incubated in a water-proof incubator. After incubating for a period of time, pipette 1 μL of the mixture and drop it on a commercial MTP 384 stainless steel non-polished target plate without adding additional matrix, and place it in a fume hood for natural volatilization. After the sample is dried, the target plate is placed on the target holder of the matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometer (MALDI-TOF MS), and the micro-nanoplastic sample is directly detected by mass spectrometry by MALDI-TOF MS . The instrument model used is a...

Abstract

A metabolic enzyme induced micro-nano plastic particle biodegradation method and a product analysis method thereof. The method comprise the following steps: step (1), taking a proper amount of plastic products, and cutting the plastic products into small blocks; (2) putting the small blocks into a ball milling tank, and carrying out vacuum grinding in a ball mill; (3) weighing the ground plastic sample, dispersing the ground plastic sample with water, and preparing a dispersion liquid with a certain concentration; (4) mixing the micro-nano plastic dispersion liquid with the metabolic enzyme solution, and uniformly mixing the mixed liquid in a vortex oscillator; and (5) placing the mixed solution in a waterproof incubator for incubation. The invention provides a method for biodegradation and metabolism of micro-nano plastic under the induction of a biological metabolic enzyme glutathione S-transferase under a mild condition for the first time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biodegradation and its analysis, and more specifically relates to a method for inducing biological metabolism of micro-nanoplastics by metabolic enzymes and a product analysis method thereof. Background technique [0002] Non-biodegradable plastic waste has caused numerous environmental problems. About 359 million tons of plastic are produced in the world every year, of which 150-200 million tons will soon become garbage and be directly exposed to nature. Bulk plastics can degrade into micro- or nano-scale fragments after exposure to solar radiation, mechanical forces, and microorganisms. Micro-nanoplastics are considered to be an emerging environmental pollutant and widely exist in the natural environment. Microplastics refer to plastic fragments, particles, fibers or foams with a particle size of 5 mm, and those smaller than 1 μm are called nanoplastics. A large number of non-degradable tiny plastic fragments ...
