Abstract

The sterilization algicide for coking sewage treatment comprises a porous load matrix and a coating layer arranged on the porous load matrix in a filling mode, wherein the coating layer comprises, in parts by weight, 10-15 parts of chitosan, and 6-8 parts of a composite beneficial bacterium agent; and the compound beneficial bacterium agent comprises one or more of a bacillus pumilus agent, an actinomycete agent, a lactobacillus fermentum agent and a lactobacillus casei agent. The preparation method comprises the preparation steps of S1, performing preliminary compounding; S2, performing secondary mixing; and S3, grinding and compounding. According to the invention, a composite system formed by the porous loading matrix and the coating layer of the beneficial bacterium agent is adopted, so that the service life of the sterilization algicide is prolonged, and good sterilization and algicide effects are achieved.
