Abstract

The invention discloses a novel green environment-friendly chemi-mechanical pulp soaking additive and a method for applying the same to straw pulping. The environment-friendly chemi-mechanical pulp soaking additive is prepared from, by weight, 17-18 parts of urea, 26.5-27.5 parts of sodium carbonate, 34-35 parts of sodium percarbonate, 11-12 parts of sodium chloride, 7-8 parts of silicate, 1-2 parts of sodium sulfate and 0.1-0.5 part of aluminum phosphate. The invention aims to provide an effective non-wood soaking additive and chemical composition thereof so as to achieve the effects of deodorizing and decontaminating wastewater and improve pulping efficiency. According to the invention, sodium percarbonate is used as an oxidizing agent, and the sodium percarbonate has high active oxygen content and good solubility in cold water, has the same properties as both hydrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate, and belongs to an environment-friendly reagent. The additive of the invention is simple in synthetic process, safe to use and free of irritation.
