Abstract

The invention discloses a polyaniline / polyaryletherketone composite membrane with electrochemical response as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of polymeric membrane surface modification and preparation. According to the invention, the PANI / PAEK porous membrane is integrally prepared, and the in-situ growth of PANI realizes the regulation and control of the PAEK surface micro-nano structure. The preparation process is simple and efficient, and regulation and control of the PANI micro-nano structure on the surface of the membrane are achieved. Oxidability and surface aggregation of inorganic particles are fully utilized, and enrichment and uniform growth of PANI on the surface of the inorganic particles are achieved. Meanwhile, the PANI on the surface realizes uniform covering of PAEK on the bottom layer, so that the hydrophilicity of the membrane is improved while the micro-nano structure on the surface is regulated and controlled. The method fully integrates the conductive characteristic and the surface enrichment characteristic of PANI, and has potential development space and application in the fields of membrane separation, oil-water separation, photocatalytic separation, electrified separation materials, pH response, electrified response and the like.
