Abstract

The no-baking brick of the present invention is produced with the following material and through mixing and extrusion in extruder: oil field sludge 30-60 wt%, river sand 15-40 wt%, cement 15-30 wt%, flyash 0-35 wt% and curing agent 1-8 wt%. The no-baking brick of the present invention has high strength, no pollution and simple production process, and the present invention solves the problem of pollution and exhaust of oil field sludge.
