The invention discloses a novel high-load abnormal-shaped PCCP (prestressed concrete cylinder pipe) and a manufacturing method. The improved design is performed on a geometric structure of a pipe bodyin combination with the stress condition in actual application of the pipe body. The thickness of the upper end of the cross section of the pipe body and the pipe wall of the bottom of the pipe bodyis larger than the thickness of the pipe walls of the two sides of the middle of the pipe body, a wide and flat base is disposed at the bottom of the pipe, and the ring stiffness and the top surface bearing capability of the pipe body are greatly improved. The manufacturing method includes the steps that a pipe core is made by means of a traditional PCCP production process, and after wire wrappingof the outer wall of the pipe core is finished, an outer protective layer of the pipe is formed by concrete pouring through a dedicated mold. By means of the novel high-load abnormal-shaped PCCP andthe manufacturing method, resources are saved, eco-environment protection is achieved, construction can be performed in an excavation direct-burial mode or in a non-excavation jacking, running is safeand reliable, the service life is long, especially, conveyed drinking water is not contaminated, the pressure sealing property is good, ultra-large-diameter production is allowed, and the pipe can beused for urban underground pipe galleries and sponge city construction as well as fluid conveying.
