Abstract

This invention relates to a method for improving the anti-hydration property of AlN powder. The method comprises: (1) mixing AlN powder with organic carboxylic acid in an organic solvent so that the surface of AlN powder is adsorbed with a layer of organic carboxylic acid; (2) adding a nonionic surfactant, and heating in 60-80 deg.C water bath under continuous stirring; (3) washing with ethanol solution for several times, and drying at 80-100 deg.C to obtain the final product.
