A message order-preserving mode is changed to reordering based on a target data descriptor, and the size of the target data descriptor is much smaller than the size of target message data, so that the usage requirements of hardware resources are effectively reduced while an order-preserving capability that accommodates a higher CPU processing latency is achieved, thereby ensuring message order-preserving and performance requirements under high-latency CPU processing.
