Diagnostic and predictive system and methodology using multiple parameter electrocardiography superscores

A plurality of ECG Superscore formulae, created from multiple parameter ECG measurements including those from advanced ECG techniques, can be optimized using additive multivariate statistical models or pattern recognition procedures, with the results compared against a large database of ECG measurements from individuals with known cardiac conditions and/or previous cardiac events. Superscore formulae utilize multiple ECG parameters and accompanying weighting coefficients and allow data obtained from any given patient to be used in calculating that patient's ECG Superscore results. ECG Superscores have retrospectively optimized accuracy for identifying and screening individuals for underlying heart disease and/or for determining the risk of future cardiac events. They thus have greater predictive value than that of any conventional or advanced ECG measurement alone or of any non-optimized combinations of conventional or advanced ECG measurements that have been used in the past. Ongoing optimization of ECG Superscore diagnostic and predictive accuracy may be realized through the iterative adjustment of Superscore formulae based on the incorporation of data from new patients into the database and/or from longitudinal follow-up of the disease and cardiac event status of existing patients.

The invention provides integrated wearable multi-physiological index acquisition equipment which comprises a wearable garment embedded with a blood pressure measurement module, an ECG measurement module, a blood oxygen measurement module, a body temperature measurement module, a control circuit board and a feed battery box, wherein the blood pressure measurement module is connected to the control circuit board through an air duct and a cable; the ECG measurement module, the blood oxygen measurement module and the body temperature measurement module are connected to the control circuit board through a wire cable; the feed battery box is electrically connected to the control circuit board so as to charge the control circuit board; the control circuit board can be used for controlling each measurement module, processing, classifying and calculating the data measured by each measurement module and transmitting the obtained results to external visual equipment; the wearable garment is provided with a switch electrically connected to the control circuit board to realize switching control; and the wearable garment has elasticity and can be tightly jointed with a human body. ECG measurement-based heart rate earphone, heart rate test method and device

The invention provides an ECG measurement-based heart rate earphone, a heart rate test method and a device, and relates to the technical field of earphones. The earphone structurally comprises an earphone body. The earphone body is provided with a left-ear electrode and a right-ear electrode. The earphone body is also provided with an acceleration sensor, a data processor and a communication module. The acceleration sensor is matched with the left-ear electrode and the right-ear electrode to collect the acceleration and the heart rate of a rider during riding. A corresponding table between a riding speed X, and the difference between a heart rate curve tested by three electrodes at the riding speed X, and a heart rate curve tested by two electrodes at the riding speed X, is established. After that, the data processor is placed into the corresponding table for query purpose. As a result, heart rate data can be tested by utilizing two electrodes. In combination with the actual riding speed tested by the acceleration sensor, heart rate data tested by utilizing three electrodes can be obtained through the inverse method. The ECG measurement-based heart rate earphone can utilize only two electrodes. Compare with existing heart rate earphone based on three electrodes, the above heart rate earphone is simple in structure and convenient to use. The heart rate test method is simple and easy to implement.

A method for selecting electrocardiograph measurement positions includes the following steps of firstly, distributing M lines and M rows of electrode points on the surface of a human chest to form (M-1)*(M-1) meshes for covering the surface of the chest, and representing each cell with (m,n); secondly, sequentially determining the positions of other to-be-measured cells every one row from left to right in each line, and repeating the operation every one line after selection in each line ends to determine the positions of all the to-be-measured cells; thirdly, attaching electrode square electrocardiograph monitoring units to the positions of all the selected cells respectively for signal collecting; fourthly, transmitting electrocardiograph signals to an intelligent terminal device, and conducting processing and quality evaluating on the signals; fifthly, selecting cell areas with the best electrocardiograph signal quality as preliminary selection positions according to the evaluation result. The invention further provides a system for implementing the method for selecting the electrocardiograph measurement positions, and provides the method and system for selecting the electrocardiograph measurement positions to effectively obtain the best single-lead electrocardiograph signals and improve the measurement accuracy.
