polyethylene (HDPE)
pipe and pre-
sowing soil synergistic treatment, relates to the technical field of
agricultural irrigation and
pest control, and aims to solve the problems of weak
insect bite resistance, short medicament timeliness, high soil
pollution risk and the like caused by a single protection means of an existing field
drip irrigation pipe. The
system comprises a high-strength HDPE
drip irrigation pipe main body and a pre-
sowing soil integrated treatment module, the HDPE pipe forms a physical
protective barrier through a specific wall thickness (0.8-1.2 mm), an anti-
impact modified formula (containing 8-10% of POE
elastomer) and an outer wall spiral reinforcing rib; the pre-
sowing soil treatment module forms a slow-release
insect prevention belt for 1-3 months around a drip
irrigation pipe through environment-friendly
sophocarpidine granules (the effective components are larger than or equal to 3%), precise belt type
pesticide application and rotary
tillage mixing.
Field tests show that the protection rate of underground pests (cutworms, grubs and mole crickets) is larger than or equal to 95%, the damage rate of drip
irrigation pipes is smaller than or equal to 2%,
matrine soil residues are smaller than or equal to 0.01 mg / kg, and the method is suitable for large-scale field planting of corn, cotton and the like.
