The method comprises the following steps: firstly, a quadratic function relationship between differential pressure values and the respiratory flow is obtained; secondly, coal miners wear respiratory monitors and work in different workplaces to measure the differential pressure values inside and outside respirators in different working states of the coal miners, and the differential pressure values are stored in a data storage instrument; andfinally, the data storage instrument is connected to a computer, and the respiratory flow is calculated according to the functional relationship between the pressure difference and the respiratory flow.
