A disclosed method of using
biotransformation of rice straws and peanut cakes to prepare a composite
enzyme and a probiotics preparation for a
forage comprises the following steps: fully mixing Pu'er cooked tea after
pile fermentation, first rice straws, first peanut cakes, first wheat
bran, first apple pomaces and first water,
domestication culturing and forming a
starter; and fully mixing the
starter, second rice straws, second peanut cakes, second wheat
bran, second apple pomaces and second water, and fermenting to obtain the composite
enzyme and the probiotics preparation for the
forage. The composite
enzyme and the probiotics preparation for the
forage with various better performance indexes, is prepared by using a
microecology-stable foodstuff-grade-safe
flora to ferment the rice straws and the peanut cakes, and the low-cost high-efficiency
biotransformation of the rice straws and the peanut cakes is realized. At the same time, the method of the invention has the advantages that the microbes are easy to grow, enzyme
vitality is high, the
fermentation process is extensive, no strict aseptic condition is needed, and the industrialized large-scale production is easy to realize.
