The invention relates to a composite herbicide containing cyhalofop-butyl and pyrazosulfuron-ethyl, which is divided into three types of water dispersing granules, a suspending agent and a wettable powder. The composite herbicide comprises active components, composite additives and fillers. When the composite herbicide is respectively the water dispersing granules, the suspending agent and the wettable powder, the mass fractions of the three components are respectively and differently controlled and proportioned; and the active components are prepared from the cyhalofop-butyl and the pyrazosulfuron-ethyl with the proportion of 1:(0.1-0.6) or also being compounded with 1-3 of pendimethalin. The water dispersing granule type composite herbicide and the suspending agent type composite herbicide are respectively applied with the dosages of 5-15g/acre and 15-30g/acre and are both applied preemergence or post-emergence after seeding.
