The invention discloses a nanometer antibacterial agent loaded with both nano-silver and curcumin and a preparing method and application thereof. A polymeric micelle formed through self-assembly of the amphiphilic block copolymer PCL-b-PAsp is taken as a nano-carrier, positively charged Ag+ ions are adsorbed by means of the electronegativity of a PAsp chain segment in a hydrophilic shell and converted into nano-silver through in-situ reduction by means of a reductant, the natural and nontoxic antibacterial constituent curcumin is coated with hydrophobic core PCL, and in this way, the polymeric micelle loaded with both nano-silver and curcumin is formed and can be used for improving antibacterial activity. The nanometer antibacterial agent has high synergetic antibacterial efficiency for pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus. The preparing method is simple, and raw materials have high biocompatibility and biodegradability, are cheap and easy to obtain and can be converted towards the clinical direction easily. Compared with a nanometer antibacterial agent loaded with either nano-silver or curcumin, the nanometer antibacterial agent loaded with both nano-silver and curcumin has the advantage that the synergetic pathogenic bacteria killing effect is good, and the anometer antibacterial agent loaded with both nano-silver and curcumin has broad application prospects.
