system over ten thousand meters. The self-adaptive multi-redundancy cable arrangement
system comprises a cable arrangement device, a cable storage reel and a
control system, wherein the cable arrangement device is provided with a
rope guide device; the
rope guide device is provided with an angle sensor; the cable arrangement device is provided with a lead screw
encoder and a
servo motor; one end of the cable storage reel is provided with a reel
encoder; a variable frequency motor is arranged at the other end of the cable storage reel; the lead screw
encoder, the angle sensor and the reel encoder transmit measured data to the
control system; the
control system analyzes reel rotating speed and cable position data and sends an instruction to the
servo motor; the
servo motor drives the cable arrangement device; and the variable frequency motor drives the cable storage reel, so that synchronous operation of the cable arrangement device and the cable storage reel is guaranteed. According to the self-adaptive multi-redundancy cable arrangement
system, cables can be automatically and orderly stored and wound, the phenomena of cable pressing, cable disorder, cable
biting and the like are avoided, the situation that the cables are mutually extruded is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the cable arrangement efficiency can be improved through a self-adaptive multi-redundancy system of the cable arrangement device.
